A Joyful Heart is Blessed

Life is full of aggravation, stress, and heartache. It’s easy to get caught up in it all, to wonder, “why me?” and complain. When we do, we deprive ourself from seeing and appreciating the awesomeness of God in the other things. We are simply blinded to it. There is a purpose and plan for our placement. 

The enemy may throw one hundred distractions just to cause us to miss one very special gift and blessing from God. The devil doesn’t want us to have the things we should. Often times our gifts and blessings are tremendous but come in small packages or in subtle ways. 

If we don’t take the time to recognize and acknowledge the things that are good and right, we will miss what we’ve been looking for all along.
